For that reason, refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Whenever possible, the specific quotation, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or product page will take precedence if it contains refund terms that differ from this general policy.
Promotional Discounts & Coupons
Products or services purchased using promotional pricing, coupons, early-bird offers, bundle pricing, or limited-time discounts remain subject to this Refund Policy unless expressly stated otherwise.
Website Design & Development Projects
Website projects require time, planning, consultation, research, and resource allocation from the moment a project begins.
Accordingly:
- The advance payment (typically 60%) is strictly non-refundable.
- Work begins only after the advance payment has been received.
- If a client decides to cancel a project after work has commenced, payments already made will not be refunded.
- Any completed work, milestones, or deliverables remain payable.
Where a project is delayed because required content, approvals, or feedback are not received for six (6) consecutive months, the project may be considered inactive or abandoned.
Reactivation of an inactive project may require a revised quotation, updated timeline, or restart fee.
Website Care Plans & Maintenance
Website Care Plans, maintenance services, or support retainers are billed in advance.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable after the service period has begun.
- Cancelling a maintenance plan stops future renewals but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
- Emergency work or additional development outside the agreed maintenance scope may incur separate charges.
Consultations
Consultation sessions are booked by reserving dedicated time.
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, please notify me as early as possible.
- At my discretion, consultations may be rescheduled depending on availability.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be treated as completed sessions.
Courses & Workshops
Refund terms for courses, workshops, webinars, and training programmes may vary depending on the specific offering.
